Rating system
⭐ Client rates driver — public
1–5 stars, quick tags (Punctual, Immaculate dress, Smooth ride…), written review, and optional tip. Posted publicly on driver's profile. Visible to all future clients.
🔒 Driver rates client — private
1–5 stars + issue tags (Rude, Late, Extra passengers…). Visible only to the operator and Mōtto admin. Used to flag problem clients.
⚠️ Auto-suspension rule
Any driver dropping below ★ 4.5 average is automatically suspended pending operator review. Clients with 3+ low driver ratings get flagged for admin review.
